They were incredibly nice and friendly. I thought it was great that they tried to talk to my father about things he was interested in, like farming and GAA. The car was ready, the showroom was immaculate, they took their time, addressed all of our concerns, and demonstrated how to use the new automated handbrake. We intend to return in the future, perhaps to purchase another vehicle there.

Cannot recommend Nallys enough. From making the appointment to the warm welcome I received on arrival. My car went in for its first service and I was given a complimentary car while the job was carried out which meant there was no hanging around. They had the car ready for us when we went there, sorted the change of insurance. Customer service excellent, friendly staff making sure we were comfortable and tea and coffee available. Car has everything I need ;spacious, easy to drive and more gadgets that I will probably never use but impresses everyone that sees them. Always a 5 star review for Martin , Robbie & all the team at Nally Bros.I am 9 years dealing with this garage and have got consistent, great service every time. I bought my new car this week and Martin stayed late to ensure I could collect having driven from Sligo. I travel up for my services as I always get the best advice from Robbie.I had an accident in 2022 and Martin was the only person who did his very best for me. Collecting my car and arranging a loan until my new car was sorted. It’s the human acts of kindness that cannot be matched anywhere else. Brought my car in for an annual service which entailed the replacement of brake discs and break pads. My experience in relation to the work carried out was exemplary and i was pleased with the end result. On a cautionary note, brake discs [2] and brake pads,front and rear were changed a year ago in June 2023. I thought perhaps they would have lasted longer than one year.Brendan Mc Conigly.

When I arrived at Nally brothers garage I was given an estimated time when my car would be ready for collection and I was offered a replacement car which wasn’t necessary on the day as I didn’t have any need for it.I returned 30 minutes before my estimated time and they told me it was almost ready for collection.All was done that had to be done and the car wasn’t soiled inside or out.

From start to finish , I had a delightful experience purchasing a new car from Nallys Hyundai garage in Ballymahon.John the salesman was very thorough and excellent at explaining in detail all the fabulous features on my new Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid plug-in . As there are a great selection of cars to choose from here , overall this was a well worth while investment and definitely would recommend this garage for anyone wishing to change their vehicle in the future .

Really pleased with my recent car service at Nally's, for my 10.D Santa Fe. Not my first time there either and its good work every time. I live in Athlone but, after trying other garages, I now always travel the 20km distance or so to Ballymahon, as I have found their mechanics to be the best. My car has only done 100,000 miles and I'm looking forward to many more years out of her!

Thank you Nally Bros for sorting out my DPF limp mode filter problem yet again (3rd time in six months!!). As ever, great service from your company. (5 stars for you, 0 stars for Hyundai) Hopefully this time will be the last time that this recurring problem needs to be sorted. Am still annoyed that HYUNDAI Ltd has not sorted this issue, which I'm aware is happening across their fleet due to the lower emissions DP filter system. Also head office replies blaming customer driving style is not helpful and only increases annoyance!!

Trustworthy professional work. Parts and labour charges clear. Got a car while service was done on seized caliper. Car washed on return. Labour charges are a good bit higher than before but when you compare to other garages they are very competitive

The staff at Nally Bro’s are just lovely, really nice genuine people, no pushy sales and the after servicing is great, no delays booking a service, always able to accommodate requests even a few days before Christmas when the wiring in car was ruined some animal, car fixed in a few hours for a very reasonable price.
